If you want to flow breath to movement through power poses, build strength, improve your balance & SWEAT, then this is the class for you. This is an all-level class, but if you are new to YOGA & FITNESS, expect to be challenged. Fun music will keep you motivated & moving, and you will leave with a detoxed body and a calm mind.
If you are new to HOT YOGA & hesitant about the heat, we suggest starting with this class to experience the heat. If your goal is to calm your mind & relax your body, then this class is always a great choice. Expect a portion of the class to be very gentle movement & most of the class to be supported, passive poses that “open” the body while the mind takes a break from the busyness of life.
Ideal for beginners or experienced yogis, this slower-paced class emphasizes alignment and exploring new poses. If you want more time to find a pose, explore new expressions of poses or refine your alignment, then this is the class for you. Holding poses for a few breaths is also an effective way to build strength. Like all classes, you are in control & can make it as challenging or as gentle you need.
If you are looking for a challenging & intense yoga class, then this is the class for you. You will move quickly and practice challenging poses that require strength & balance. This class may incorporate weights or resistance bands to help sculpt and define muscles.
Unleash your potential with our infrared HOT YOGA classes, where advanced heating technology boosts muscle recovery, detoxification, and stress relief like never before!

Infrared heat warms your muscles, allowing you to move deeper into poses safely with ease. This gentle warmth reduces the risk of injury while enhancing muscle recovery.

Sweat out toxins and stress in an environment designed to soothe your body and mind. Infrared yoga promotes circulation and relaxation, leaving you refreshed and recharged.

Unlike traditional methods, infrared heating doesn't rely on blowing hot air around the room, ensuring a cleaner, more comfortable environment for you to breathe and flow.

HOT YOGA Springfield MO is more than physical exercise—it’s a chance to find peace. Embrace mindfulness as you focus inward during each class.

Our infrared yoga enhances every move, helping you build strength and flexibility with ease, be it HOT FLOW or a soothing HOT STRETCH class.

From boosting your energy to improving your mood and focus, our powerful infrared hot yoga classes deliver lasting benefits for body and mind.

Our HOT YOGA classes also include Hot Power, where you can challenge yourself with high-intensity core work, cardio, and strength training for a heart-pumping workout. As well as Hot Stretch, perfect for those feeling tight or sore, focusing on seated and supine postures to increase flexibility and relieve tension, leaving you relaxed and renewed.
Beyond physical transformation, my classes provide a space for self-discovery and empowerment. I blend tribal movement, plyometrics, and yoga to help my students shed tension, release whatever’s holding them back, and step forward with purpose.
In each class, my aim is to help you tap into your inner warrior spirit—the strong and beautiful essence that’s within you. Through dynamic movements and mindful practices, we’ll work together to cultivate strength, flexibility, and resilience both on and off the mat.
Together, we’ll embark on a journey of growth and self-realization, fostering a sense of confidence and vitality that extends far beyond our time together in the studio.
Yoga creates space to hear your own breath, listen to your heart, and intuitively feel your physical body. I fell deeply in love with yoga because it taught me to respect, appreciate, and love my body. Yoga truly is for everyBODY.
I have been teaching yoga since 2021 and I am passionate about helping others feel more confident in their own skin. Learning to intuitively move on your mat allows you to honor your body and strengthen your mind because a strong body without a strong mind does you no good.
I am also an intuitive eating coach, wife, dog mom, hiker, world traveler, and nurse. I would love to have you in my class and if it’s your first time please let me know. I promise you’ll have fun and feel at home on your mat.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: from being a former D-1 football player representing Mississippi State University, to being a strength and conditioning coach for various high school sports teams – all these have contributed to my practice as an instructor for various programs like spin, cross-cycling, and HIIT.
On top of that, becoming a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor has truly helped me think outside the box and create a sense of creativity in my teachings. When you join me in class, you’ll experience firsthand my diverse approach to fitness and yoga.
My life reflects my belief in being versatile, which aligns perfectly with my business, HarrisMultifaceted. Alongside running my own business, I also work for Jack Henry and Associates.
I’m no stranger to fitness. My background in dance, strength, and metabolic conditioning influences my unique training style.
My passion for people shines through because I truly believe that every person stepping onto their mat carries their own story, struggles, and inner motivations. It’s a joy to teach and witness my students deepen their practice—whether it’s physically, spiritually, or emotionally. For me, teaching is more than a job; it’s a calling, a privilege, and a responsibility.
One of my favorite quotes that hold true to everything I do is this:
“I believe in God as I believe that the sun has risen, not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.” – C.S. Lewis
I attended my first hot yoga class with great apprehension. However, I couldn’t believe how amazing my mind and body felt afterward! That feeling stuck with me, and it’s why I decided to become a yoga instructor—to share that awesome experience with others.

My main goal? I want everyone to leave my class feeling relaxed and accomplished.

My journey with yoga began beside my mom at a very young age, and we’ve continued practicing together ever since. I’m deeply passionate about the yogic lifestyle, both on and off the mat.
Coming from years of tennis and dance, I’ve found yoga asana to be a perfect complement, but it’s the spiritual aspects of yoga that truly resonate with me. For me, Pranayama and Yoga Asana serve as invaluable tools for calming a restless mind.
With every class, I welcome everyone into my space, where we can challenge ourselves, share laughter and tears, breathe deeply, and simply exist together.
Following the loss of my mother, the supportive community of women I found through Buti Yoga became my source of healing. Yoga has been my guiding light, helping me develop strength, flexibility, and fearlessness both on and off the mat.

I have been a Certified Barre Instructor since 2020 after discovering the technique as a client out of need due to a neck injury from high intensity exercise and “tech” neck. In my class, my goal is to meet you where you are – to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be, and challenge you to leave class stronger and happier than when you walked in.
Whether you’re here for physical improvement, emotional release, or community, I’m committed to giving you 45 minutes of focused attention, hands-on corrections, modifications, and support to help you reach your goals, one class at a time.

My journey with yoga began many years ago right here in Springfield. It wasn’t until 2023 that I made the decision to transition from being a student to becoming a teacher. I obtained my RYT 200 certification from Emery Bryant Yoga.

Beyond my cherished family, friends, and pets, one of my greatest passions is guiding yoga sessions, forging connections with people, and providing a nurturing environment for others to practice self-care.
Even before I took my first yoga class, I had a deep interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. My background is diverse, spanning yoga, science, exercise, and wellness.

Currently, I’m a full-time faculty member at Missouri State University where I teach Exercise Physiology, Healthy Lifestyles, and yoga.
If you ask me why I love yoga so much, I would say, it’s because, even after 15+ years of my yoga journey I find that, even though I’m consistently growing stronger, increasing flexibility and gaining balance, when it comes to my yoga practice (or life for that matter) the challenges never cease, the awakening is never complete, and there is always something more to discover…that’s what draws me back to the mat day after day!
I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for the majority of my adult life, and discovering yoga along this journey has been incredibly rewarding. I began practicing yoga a decade ago primarily for its physical benefits, but it has since evolved into an essential aspect of my daily life.

Yoga is not only a practice involving your physical body but also your mental and spiritual well-being. As a teacher, I strive to guide my yoga tribe on a journey of self love, compassion, growth, and healing.

After several near death experiences and falling very ill, I was only able to get well after finding natural and functional wellness. That completely changed my life and career path, and I pursued becoming a holistic nutritionist. Additionally, I had been practicing yoga since high school and loved the holistic nature of it! Being a strong believer in serving God with my life, I had heard about holy yoga and decided to get my RYT 200.
