Typically, the temperature in the yoga studio ranges from 95 to 105 degrees, with humidity levels reaching up to 40%. Our yoga studio utilizes infrared heating panels, which warm objects rather than the air itself. Similar to the sun, the area directly beneath the panel feels warmer. Select your spot in the studio accordingly.
Among other things, infrared heat can help with the following:
1. Pain Relief: Infrared heat can alleviate muscle and joint pain by promoting relaxation and reducing inflammation.
2. Improved Circulation: It helps dilate blood vessels, enhancing circulation throughout the body, which can support overall health and recovery.
3. Detoxification: Sweating induced by infrared heat helps eliminate toxins from the body, supporting the detoxification process and promoting a healthier system.
We offer a variety of HOT YOGA classes, BARRE classes & FITNESS classes.

Yes.
Practicing yoga offers a holistic approach to wellness, nurturing both the body and mind. It enhances flexibility, strength, and balance, while also promoting stress relief and mental clarity. Ultimately, yoga empowers individuals to cultivate a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
Hot yoga, practiced in a heated room, can deepen stretches and promote detoxification through increased sweat. This environment may also enhance cardiovascular benefits and aid in calorie burning. However, unheated yoga provides a cooler, more gentle practice suitable for all levels, focusing on alignment and breath, catering to personal preferences and physical needs.

Here is a copy of our contract.
Beyond physical transformation, my classes provide a space for self-discovery and empowerment. I blend tribal movement, plyometrics, and yoga to help my students shed tension, release whatever’s holding them back, and step forward with purpose.
In each class, my aim is to help you tap into your inner warrior spirit—the strong and beautiful essence that’s within you. Through dynamic movements and mindful practices, we’ll work together to cultivate strength, flexibility, and resilience both on and off the mat.
Together, we’ll embark on a journey of growth and self-realization, fostering a sense of confidence and vitality that extends far beyond our time together in the studio.
Yoga creates space to hear your own breath, listen to your heart, and intuitively feel your physical body. I fell deeply in love with yoga because it taught me to respect, appreciate, and love my body. Yoga truly is for everyBODY.
I have been teaching yoga since 2021 and I am passionate about helping others feel more confident in their own skin. Learning to intuitively move on your mat allows you to honor your body and strengthen your mind because a strong body without a strong mind does you no good.
I am also an intuitive eating coach, wife, dog mom, hiker, world traveler, and nurse. I would love to have you in my class and if it’s your first time please let me know. I promise you’ll have fun and feel at home on your mat.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: from being a former D-1 football player representing Mississippi State University, to being a strength and conditioning coach for various high school sports teams – all these have contributed to my practice as an instructor for various programs like spin, cross-cycling, and HIIT.
On top of that, becoming a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor has truly helped me think outside the box and create a sense of creativity in my teachings. When you join me in class, you’ll experience firsthand my diverse approach to fitness and yoga.
My life reflects my belief in being versatile, which aligns perfectly with my business, HarrisMultifaceted. Alongside running my own business, I also work for Jack Henry and Associates.
I’m no stranger to fitness. My background in dance, strength, and metabolic conditioning influences my unique training style.
My passion for people shines through because I truly believe that every person stepping onto their mat carries their own story, struggles, and inner motivations. It’s a joy to teach and witness my students deepen their practice—whether it’s physically, spiritually, or emotionally. For me, teaching is more than a job; it’s a calling, a privilege, and a responsibility.
One of my favorite quotes that hold true to everything I do is this:
“I believe in God as I believe that the sun has risen, not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.” – C.S. Lewis
I attended my first hot yoga class with great apprehension. However, I couldn’t believe how amazing my mind and body felt afterward! That feeling stuck with me, and it’s why I decided to become a yoga instructor—to share that awesome experience with others.
In every class I teach, I want everyone to feel included, whether they’re newbies taking it slow or seasoned yogis acing every pose.
My main goal? I want everyone to leave my class feeling relaxed and accomplished.
My deepest passion is to love God and people, which has led me to become a Holy Yoga Instructor.
Life has presented me with many challenges, including battles with autoimmune disease. Yet, through these struggles and with the power of yoga, I’ve encountered profound healing, igniting within me a renewed zest for life and the purpose I was created for.
These experiences have given me a unique perspective to encourage, empower, and assist others towards healing through sustainable lifestyle changes.
As a functional and integrative clinical nutritionist, wellness coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher, I consider it a gift and a privilege to support my students on their own journey to living a balanced and flourished life. The life they are created for!
My journey with yoga began beside my mom at a very young age, and we’ve continued practicing together ever since. I’m deeply passionate about the yogic lifestyle, both on and off the mat.
Coming from years of tennis and dance, I’ve found yoga asana to be a perfect complement, but it’s the spiritual aspects of yoga that truly resonate with me. For me, Pranayama and Yoga Asana serve as invaluable tools for calming a restless mind.
With every class, I welcome everyone into my space, where we can challenge ourselves, share laughter and tears, breathe deeply, and simply exist together.
Following the loss of my mother, the supportive community of women I found through Buti Yoga became my source of healing. Yoga has been my guiding light, helping me develop strength, flexibility, and fearlessness both on and off the mat.
My classes are a blend of strength, playfulness, and heartfelt connection. People often recognize me for my genuine teaching approach and my philosophy centered on compassion. My mission is to empower you, foster self-love, and inspire acceptance of your body.
Aside from teaching yoga, I love pony riding, animals, and outdoor adventures. My mantra? You are more than enough!
“It’s never I can’t, it’s simply I’m not there – yet”
I have been a Certified Barre Instructor since 2020 after discovering the technique as a client out of need due to a neck injury from high intensity exercise and “tech” neck. In my class, my goal is to meet you where you are – to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be, and challenge you to leave class stronger and happier than when you walked in.
Whether you’re here for physical improvement, emotional release, or community, I’m committed to giving you 45 minutes of focused attention, hands-on corrections, modifications, and support to help you reach your goals, one class at a time.
By day, I consult for luxury brands worldwide, having traveled to over 75 countries. Outside the studio, I design event decor and paper goods, and spend time with my husband, Geoff, and our dog, Remington.
I have been practicing yoga since late 2014, and began my teaching journey in 2018 with BUTI YOGA, followed by yoga teacher training in 2020.
My goal for every yoga class is for students to feel welcome, safe, able to be themselves, and open to trying new things without judgement.
I am a crazy cat lady, an all-around animal lover, outdoor enthusiast, book worm, and “world traveler” (according to the patients at the pharmacy where I work).
Be prepared to be my guinea pig for trying new/creative transitions and flows. I promise to try them first at home though!
My journey with yoga began many years ago right here in Springfield. It wasn’t until 2023 that I made the decision to transition from being a student to becoming a teacher. I obtained my RYT 200 certification from Emery Bryant Yoga.
I’m a firm believer in embracing life to the fullest! I find joy in experiencing all the wonders that the universe has to offer.
As a mother to three boys and a proud pet parent to three dogs and one cat, my heart is full with love for them all. Yoga has truly enriched my life, and witnessing its positive impact on others brings me immense happiness. Beyond my cherished family, friends, and pets, one of my greatest passions is guiding yoga sessions, forging connections with people, and providing a nurturing environment for others to practice self-care.
Even before I took my first yoga class, I had a deep interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. My background is diverse, spanning yoga, science, exercise, and wellness.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 15 years and have trained more than 100 yoga instructors at the 200 and 500 hour level. I’ve worked in the fitness industry, teaching yoga and other forms of exercise, and attained certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, TRX, and Silver Sneakers.
I’m certified in numerous styles of yoga including VariYoga (a combination of Iyengar, Anusara, and Viniyoga), Ashtanga, Core Strength Vinyasa (as taught by Sadie Nardini), and Power Yoga for Sports (as taught by Gwen Lawrence).
I also furthered my education with a master’s degree in Health Promotion and Wellness Management and became a certified Physical Activity in Public Health Specialist and certified Personal Trainer. Currently, I’m a full-time faculty member at Missouri State University where I teach Exercise Physiology, Healthy Lifestyles, and yoga.
If you ask me why I love yoga so much, I would say, it’s because, even after 15+ years of my yoga journey I find that, even though I’m consistently growing stronger, increasing flexibility and gaining balance, when it comes to my yoga practice (or life for that matter) the challenges never cease, the awakening is never complete, and there is always something more to discover…that’s what draws me back to the mat day after day!
I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for the majority of my adult life, and discovering yoga along this journey has been incredibly rewarding. I began practicing yoga a decade ago primarily for its physical benefits, but it has since evolved into an essential aspect of my daily life.
Pursuing RYT 200 certification was a natural choice for me as it allowed me to share my love for yoga with others. I am also a Certified SUP Instructor.
Beyond teaching and practicing yoga, I find joy in spending time with my husband, daughters, dogs, cat, and chickens. I also indulge in reading and tending to my garden whenever I can.
Tight hips from years of competitive horse riding led me to yoga. I began my journey at a studio specializing in Iyengar and earned my RYT 200 certification there.
My introduction to Hot Yoga was a revelation. The combination of heat and focused breath work required to complete the class resonated deeply with me—it was exactly what I had been searching for.
Outside of work, you can often find me enjoying time on the lake, the river, or exploring hiking trails. I’m also happily married and a proud fur baby mom.
To me, exercise is like a celebration of what our bodies are capable of and I love helping others realize their strength. The best part about movement and exercise is the sense of freedom it brings. It clears the mind, enhances flexibility, and strengthens the body.
Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, there’s a place for you in my classes. My classes are for everyone, no matter where you’re at on your fitness journey!
As for my credentials, I’m certified by ACE as a Group Fitness Instructor and also a Certified Barre Instructor.
Before yoga, I was slowly dying inside from never truly dealing with past and present traumas that crippled me daily. Through my yoga journey, I began to practice non-judgement, living in the present, and letting go of anything that doesn’t nourish my soul. That is why I decided to become RYT 200 Certified.
Yoga is not only a practice involving your physical body but also your mental and spiritual well-being. As a teacher, I strive to guide my yoga tribe on a journey of self love, compassion, growth, and healing.
As painful as my story is, I hope to be the light to someone else’s darkness. I hope you invite me to become a part of your journey.
After years of struggling with body acceptance and simply longing to find a workout routine I could stick to, I stumbled upon yoga in 2016, during my mid-thirties.
After four years of dedicated practice, I earned my RYT 200 certification in February 2020. I’m all about a vinyasa flow that sparks change, both physically and mentally.
I truly believe that through movement, we break down the walls we build for ourselves. My goal is to create a welcoming space and a sense of community for anyone who seeks it.
Outside of yoga, you’ll find me hiking and enjoying quality time with my husband, daughter, and two cats.
Helping people with their fitness journey is my passion. I believe life is all about balance. I believe fitness should be fun, while still getting in a great workout.
During the day, I work for a large software company, but I have such a love for helping people in fitness, that it made sense to become an instructor part-time. I have been teaching group fitness now for over 7 years.
Having lived in six different countries, I’ve found that stepping onto my yoga mat, transitioning through asanas, and savoring each breath brings me closer to a sense of belonging within myself. Yoga, to me, represents a unique and straightforward pathway back to my true essence.
Originally from Barcelona, Catalonia, and having cultivated my yoga journey for two decades across the United States, U.K., and the Middle East, I decided to pursue and fulfill a lifelong aspiration – obtaining a 200-hour yoga teacher certification.
As a yoga teacher, I strive to make a positive impact by guiding you to discover joy and serenity both on your mat and throughout your practice. My teaching philosophy revolves around cultivating joy and tranquility, offering classes that strike a balance between vigor and softness. All skill levels are warmly welcomed in my classes.
After several near death experiences and falling very ill, I was only able to get well after finding natural and functional wellness. That completely changed my life and career path, and I pursued becoming a holistic nutritionist. Additionally, I had been practicing yoga since high school and loved the holistic nature of it! Being a strong believer in serving God with my life, I had heard about holy yoga and decided to get my RYT 200.
I believe that yoga is an amazing way to move your body and is accessible to all fitness levels and body types; it not only strengthens your body but your mind and spirit as well.
Besides loving yoga and wellness, I also love traveling, writing, learning, and anything that challenges me or gets me out of my comfort zone! My husband and I have 2 little, rambunctious boys. Would love to see you soon!
Yoga has been so much more than just a physical practice for me – it’s a transformative journey that embraces and connects mind, body, and spirit. I’ve witnessed and experienced the incredible power of yoga to heal and uplift individuals from all walks of life.
My primary goal is to create an environment where students feel supported, empowered, and inspired to explore their potential both on and off the mat.
With training in yoga philosophy, anatomy sequencing, and teaching methodologies, I provide a welcoming and all-encompassing environment for students to delve into their practice, enhance self-awareness, and forge deep connections with their bodies.
